In 1934 the world-famous Art Nouveau artist became the second wife of baron Raoul Kuffner who was her patron during the years spent in Diószeg. The family’s art collection left a great impression on her. She saved the family from the holocaust, because on her impulse they immigrated to the USA before World War II.
