He was a very active member of the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Sládkovičovo. He helped constructing the church and its bell tower. As a supplier he could provide anything, thus he became the coordinator for casting three bells, for which the believers collected money, but also materials – scrap metal. He was a member of the volunteer firefighters and helped growing the town.
