1897‒1958
Born in Budapest. Came to Diószeg as a chemist, worked in the laboratory of the sugar refinery where he later became the administrator. He married the daughter of Baron Kuffner’s secretary and had two children: Vera and János. In 1944 they were deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau where his wife and son died. After the war he returned to Diószeg, but his property had been stolen and the sugar refinery didn’t reemploy him.
